Very friendly and attentive. There are no sewer hookups, but the honey wagon arrives 3 times a week. This is not a resort and makes no such claim. The restrooms and showers were clean. The snow birders have created many activities that anyone can participate. Monthly rate of 250.00 including electricity makes this a incredible deal.

I booked this park from reviewing there web site which I will never do again. There is not much good I can say about this park other then they did refund my payment.

This is a very clean older park. Spaces are tight but doable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Good Location to casinos.

This is a Escapees membership park with lovely paved streets and level sites. They have a large clubhouse and plenty of social activities. Laundry facilities are exceptional due to brand new front loader machines. They also have a fenced area as a dog park. This is a marvelous 55+ park and we will return.
